I would say definitely do liver flushes. If after 1-3 you see no stones, then you don't have a problem. If you do see stones, great keep it up and you will never have to get gall bladder surgery.

However, if you do Liver Cleansing before parasite cleansing - I found this out personally - you can feel awful for several days. Do parasite cleansing for a month first, at least.

The proof is in the pudding, or I should say, in the potty, with both the stones & the bugs. If you see them in the potty while following the appropriate protocols, you know you've got some more work to do until they aren't seen any more.
