I was not on any diet...I stopped drinking Mtn Dew (sodas), then the a colon cleanser, then stopped taking anti-depressant meds. Within two years, I had lost my 35 pounds.

Before my 1st LF, I did the whole 9-yards of Dr. Clark's preparation...colon cleanser with killing parasites, then kidney flush, then the LF. But, the other 4-5 LFs I did not do the colon cleansing and kidney flush. I am on parasite maintenance (once a week or once every 2 weeks).

A week before I had the ultrasound for my gallbladder, I had the blood works (for kidney, liver, cholesterol, pancreas, anemic) and checked my ulcer and everything is normal.

I have not thrown up since November 2009 (I really do not think it was coffee looking, I believe it was whatever I ate that day), because I found that the heating pad eases the pain and prevent me from getting sick. So everyday, the heating pad is on me.

As for the Epsom salt, I had taken about 8-10 capsules per drink when I did the LF. The Epsom Salt bottle says 22 caps is equal to 1 tablespoon. Now to soften my gallstones, I have taken malic acid, 800 mg/day for 1 month, then stopped, but did not do the Liver-Flush after taking malic acid. I have used no other minerals or herbs.

Either, I need to try a new Liver-Flush or continue my Liver-Flush until I feel better. Maybe, I need to do more like Telman had mentioned. Right now, I am confused as what to do, of course, I would love to keep my gallbladder, but at the same time I can remove it now and be pain-free for the time being.

Next week, I am going to do another LF and then 2 weeks after that. I just hope it works, I am tired of back & shoulder pains.

I hope that I have answered everyones questions and I thank everyone for your input.
