Up until a year or 2 ago, my diet was terrible. I grew up on convenience/junk food & hated all vegetables. I lived on sweets, crisps, chocolate, fizzy drinks, cake, fast food, you name it. I smoked from 16 years to 28 years (I gave up 20 months ago). I used to drink a lot too & was drinking heavily around the time I suffered my first panic attack (gave up alcohol at the end of 2008). I took recreational drugs a few times in 1999 & 2000. I had frequent episodes of tonsillitis & chest infections growing up & was always prescribed Penicillin. I was diagnosed with asthma in 2004 (I think the last time I used my inhaler was in 2006). As well as an inhaler, I was given a 5-day course of steroids on 2 separate occasions.

I've had problems in the past with constipation. Before, I could go 2-3 days without having to visit the bathroom. I've completed LFs, parasite cleanses, bowel cleanses, & tried P&B shakes. I tried to conceive from 2000-2006 ish (2 relationships). I would love a baby in the future, but my main focus right now is on myself & getting myself better. I trust in God that if it happens it will happen when the time is right.
