Hi Again,

I read your post once more, and I realize that I am repeating myself (and I think I asked you this last time we spoke) but have you ever done a parasite Cleanse? I'm wondering with everything else you have been doing, especially since you've been on the IF #1 and 2 for a while- maybe this is what you need to focus on?

I would love to hear what Uny has to suggest as well. I also concur with whomever suggested body work, and de-stressing! This could all be so helpful, along with walking Barefoot in the grass- I am doing this lately, and it is SOOOOO calming!
