Without the rat, if we live where there are no rats, is it still possible to get infected by this parasite?

Is this the same Toxoplasmosis that comes from raw pork?

Also, it was mentioned that this parasite affects muscles and neurological systems. Is there any studies about Fibromyalgia and Toxoplasmosis infection?
