If you go to the Curezone Liver Flush Support Forum there are links at the top of the page to recommended and popular programs. The best ones have a parasite program, a kidney cleanse or gall stone softening program followed by a gall bladder/liver flush. You should not have to take time off from work to do these. The Liver Flush is usually done in 2 days, most people do it on weekends.

All of the programs will list all you need to get.

Some people with bowel problems or other intestinal problems are advised not to do enemas as they may cause more damage to an already diseased area. It is good to be cautious.
