Ok, so I'm confused as to weather I should keep going or not. I am on day 3 of the cleanse and read that it kills both good and bad flora and that the candida can come back stronger. I think I have either candida or parasites but know that if I have parasites I cannot get rid of the candida without killing the parasites. Will doing thing program increase the candida a lot? Should I continue using Black-Walnut , Wormwood , and cloves and take acidophilius at nighttime? Thanks for your replies!
