It seems you are a great experimenter and you have been getting some good results from this. Maybe it is time to slow down and concentrate on doing some of the clean-ups advised by Clark, Moritz and some of the other popular advocates of programs for a healthy body.

The rash on your bottom may just be from the hot peppers. It may be irritation as pepper oil affects a sensitive area or it could be you have developed an allergy to hot peppers ( I did!) and since this is very common in people with gluten sensitivity a month on a strict gluten free diet may help you.

At the same time as doing parasite programs we all need to learn how to avoid getting them back. It's easy to reinfect oneself. So starting at the top - cook all your food long enough to kill all parasites and ova (meats at least 20 min. or untill well done) make sure your water is safe - you may have to start boiling it. You will need to be on a maintainence parasite program - maybe a dose once a week. Make sure your stomach is sufficiently acid to kill off parasites, ova, yeasts and bacteria carried in by food and drink. Taking Betaine-Hcl with meals is a common way to do this.

Most parasites carry viruses, bacteria and yeasts which are released when they die. You may have to learn how to get rid of these organisms. For the yeasts which can cause long term problems a Candida program will help control them.

When you use the toilet it is necessary to avoid contamination from feces. Wear gloves and disinfect both the gloves and hands afterwards. Clark advises using an alcohol solution - vodka is OK - to clean yourself off and do the bathroom counters, toilet handles and seats too. Don't lean over the toilet when flushing because it can release parasites and bacteria into the air.

In your home environment you may have to ask the other people to do parasite programs as they may give you a new dose of what you have killed off. Pets also have to be cleansed of parasites.
