Sorry about the implication that you may be dealing with Morgellons.

In answer to your question: "how can Morgellons cause these bugs?" I don't think Morgellons causes the bugs. Rather, I think the bugs cause Morgellons.

In my view Morgellons is a collection of diseases with similar symptoms. In many cases there appears to be an intercellular (inhabiting spaces in the host’s body) endo parasite That is not a protozoa or helminth. There are also a fungal component along with opportunistic bacteria and viruses.

The good news is some of us are getting better and a few have even become symptom free (eradicated Morgellons?).

The bad news is: It is a long slow process to get rid of the pathogens that cause Morgellons.
