Hi - You might want to read "The Detox Book" by Bruce Fife, ND, to learn about the organ cleanses you can do, and their proper order. He recommends starting with a healthy, high-fiber diet, then doing colon cleansing. "Dr. Jensen's Guide to Better Bowel Care" by Dr. Bernard Jensen has good information on the latter topic. After colon cleansing, he recommends parasite cleansing, kidney cleansing, and liver flushing.

It's good that you want to do liver flushing, but this dumps a lot of old toxins into your colon and bloodstream. That's why Fife recommends doing colon and kidney cleansing first.
