Make sure your peppermint oil is therapeutic grade (which can be ingested.) Inferior grades cannot be taken orally. It can also be rubbed on your right side around the liver area and even down around the entire abdomen. It absorbs into the skin and helps with digestion. Peppermint oil also helps to kill parasites so you get a double-header when using it.
