Please don't believe your doctor, do some research. You seem to have had a healing reaction from fasting. All normal reactions. You may have a parasite or lyme or something else, not HIV. Do everything you can for your immune system and try to consult with a reputable natural health practitioner, Chinese medicine is also very good.
