I did this flush today after an entire day yesterday of apple cider vinegar and Ihad excellent results, excellent. I've done the other flushes a couple of times, and did not have the success that I did this time. After the enema, I just kept having to go so stay around home. I went about five different times throughout the day, saw parasites and a few stones each time.

I have Gallstones so I think the ACV helped to break them up, I hope but will continue with this flush. To anyone with gallstones, try fennel tea before your scheduled flush and that seemed to help push out more stones on my last flush!
