When I have been ill like that and felt my bile system was all jammed up I would do Liver Flushes (Clark's) every other day for 3 days or a flush with the g/o mix again the next am before the Epsom Salts doses. When I was not having good success with that I took parasite herbs and twice got out tangles of parsites which seem to have been blocking bile flow. I've also found out that taking fiber with meals helps with sludgy bile and bile congestion so now I use 1 tablespoon or more oat bran mixed with every meal.
