They are about an inch long. I don't think you would have trouble seeing them unless maybe you are legally blind.

My thought is just to do parasite cleasning in general, rigorously. Whatever you are seeing, there are probably other kinds you are not seeing, also.

Little white things could be Tapeworm segments or candida, don't know much about candida.
