I did the Hulda Clark flush. Plenty of Epsom Salts - which are doing their job very well ;) - the last time i tried it i couldnt get all the Epsom Salts down (naughty i know) because of the taste. This time i mixed it with grapefruit juice which made it a little easier.

Well, I'll wait - its still only early & i've just taken the last dose of E.S.

The only thing i didnt do was zap or do the Hulda Clark parasite cleanse. I have been taking Wormwood and pumpkin seeds though.

The other thing i thought of was that i do often have the carrot salad with olive oil/lemon juice & occasionally have just a small spoon of olive oil and lemon on an empty stomach. Could this be keeping the liver clean?
