Well if you don't want to go to a dermatologist then you need to figure out this yourself. There are skin problem forums which may help you. I did a quick search and found Rosacea - you might not have this but there are both medical and herbal treatments for that and also there are some environmental triggers. You might want to go back to step 1 in improving your health - to do parasite programs, detoxify your body, do some colonics and improve your diet. It is good that you have been alerted to a problem in your body and are doing what you know to try to improve this annoying condition.
