Thanks guys! I appreciate all of your well thought out responses. Interestingly enough, I have considered all but one of these. I have discusses parasites and Sea Salt with my colonic therapist.

I had not really considered the goiter. Over the last year or two, I've been asking my husband if my neck looks larger to him. I joked that of all places to gain weight, my neck would be the last place I would want to gain. He didn't really notice anything but it bothered me. I will look into this and all the suggestions.
