Is this the beginning of die-off? Sounds like it. Make sure that you do not get constipated. Keep your bowels moving!! When I was on Humaworm I found that I started to get constipated as the Humaworm really started kicking in. It's like, if you have parasites dying, they clog up the works. Or, if you are releasing toxins, they also clog up the works. So do whatever your choice is to keep your bowels moving. Otherwise you will start to feel really bad!
