I appreciate everyone's comments.

I am actually feeling OK today. The second one actually did not come up and the first one is healing (drying out nicely with tea..the tannins, etc).

I hear you but I really don't think that is it. I am feeling very very good and healthy...except for this. In fact, I am healthier now than when I was younger. I feel good in my skin...move easily....enjoy yoga and walking and other activities. Eating very well. I really feel good.

And I know how it feels to feel bad. I suffered Candida in my twenties...that was feeling bad. I didn't know it at the time. Did a parasite cleanse/Candida cleanse. So I don't have those problems.

Anyways, I'll get thru this I hope it's the last for this season. Still taking red algae (ALOT) and wonder if it is pushing out the virus.
