You know, I am not the expert on what kind of physical signs you might have that indicate you have parasites. Check out the parasite cleanse forum for more info.

The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is a colon cleanse, yes. Or as some say "an oral enema". I probably did overkill doing the Oxypowder after the MC, but I never got any mucoid plaque out on the MC, and thats what I was attempting to clean out...the stuff that had been building up in me over the years.

I would wait until you have reintroduced most solid foods back into your diet. For me, that was about 6-7 days. You want to build up some bile in your liver to help with the flush.
