It's an anti- parasite cocktail - perhaps the most comprehensive of all kind. From this link:

you do the ACV Bomb 3x daily before every meal (ACV bomb = 1 tablespoon of raw/organic Apple Cider Vinegar, one tablespoon of Blackstrap molasses or raw/local honey, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 dose of cayenne powder and 1 teaspoon of Unyworm liquid). Tip: this will be MUCH easier if you premix the vinegar with the molasses or honey (just put equal parts of both in a pint or quart jar, and shake like crazy...it takes a long time for the molasses/honey to dissolve into the ACV). Then just leave that jar out on your kitchen counter with the cayenne powder, a bulb of garlic and the Unyworm. Put 2 tablespoons of the ACV-molasses/honey mixture in a glass, add the cayenne, mince up a clove of garlic (I use a 'garlic twister', likely THE best 'garlic gizmo' every invented), the add the Unyworm liquid...and however much water or juice you need to get it down in a couple of gulps. Yeah, it's INTENSE...but the worms HATE IT more FAR more than you do. Can you do it WITHOUT doing the "ACV Bomb", and just mix the ground herbs with the IF#2 and take 1 teaspoon 3x daily of the Unyworm Liquid? 'Sure can. Will it work as well as be as effective? 'Sure won't.
