I will be honest and admit I did not read all of your post because for one thing some of the issues addressed are not ones I am familiar with.

I have had some experience with the hypoadrenal issue tho.
First, a urine test seems to be far more effective than blood tests for uncovering the problem. At first I did not have a doctor who would prescribe a urine test & told me my adrenals were fine, tho I had the symptoms. My present doctor did let me get a urine test, & the result of that was he put me on hydrocortisone which has helped greatly.

There are on the net hydrocortisone products you can buy.
Check out Isocort, or other adrenal products on Vitacost & elsewhere. Before finding the new doctor I got on Isocort & it did help, but not as much as what he prescribed. It doesn't work right away. It takes a few weeks for you to see the difference. I started with 8 a day but maybe should have taken more. Just ordered one that got good reviews at Vitacost & hope it works as well, because it is less expensive than Isocort. (Can't see my doctor, out of town, for awhile & am definitely having low adrenal symptoms again so am upping my dosage.)
