Hi. I would revisit that possibility. These bacterial parasites can stick around for a long time. The colonies I talk of are from these bacteria. They may form small little sacks that could possibly resemble worms. However, the strongyloides theory could be relevant as well. There will no doubt be co-infections from chlamydia.
