Autoimmunity simply refers to the body's immune system having difficulty in identifying itself due to a break down in communication (oversimplification). This of course happens due to toxicity and lack of nutrition. parasites show up due to the toxicity (creatures love swamps).

The body breaks down in a myriad of ways when it can't get rid of toxins. Automimmune problems are but one of a raft of break downs. Some like to explore the breakdown of these breakdowns through labeling. Others just want to heal.

I look at it as one disease, many faces. Toxicity and lack of nutrition. We can make this complicated or we can go on a labeling journey and confuse the issue. It is what mainstream medicine is really good at. ;-)

Herbs can assist. So can various sound and light frequencies. (it's all information that can be corrective).
