Hope someone here can help. Here are my symptoms:

occasional pelvic pain
some low back pain lately

woke up the other night with bad stomach cramps and got nauseous and had diarrhea. Noticed blood when I wiped. Later passed 2 mucusy or fleshy bloody things.

No bm's yesterday, then today finally went and again bloody fleshy/mucusy things came out of me. Abdomen is sore.

I am not on a parasite cleanse so not sure what this is. Kinda scary.
