I agree you definitely want to be taking a good laxative while on any anti- parasite regimen. you'll want to make sure you are get the junk out a couple times a day. you don't want the toxins hanging out longer than they have to...and I think my issue with side effects in the past is that problem exactly I wasn't getting out the gunk. many people will say to do a colon cleansing before starting a parasite cleanse which is good advice but you'll want to continue the colon cleansing during the parasite cleanse esp. if you suffer from chronic constipation. another good Colon Cleanse is Oxypowder ...really keeps you going.
