I find myself coming back and reading the board so I might just as well contribute.

For pinworms-

drug is called vermox (mebendazole). doesnt have to be chewed or taken together with food. is 100% effective, taken twice a day for 3 day, then repeat in 2 weeks for a total of 3 cycles.
You will most likely be cured after the 1st round, but the extra rounds dont hurt.

whats the most important with pinworm infection is HYGIENE. You have to change underwear and wash them everyday, plus being very careful with handwashing.

herbs- herbs are ineffective in all parasite infection. I myself personally had at least 7 types of parasites, none which herbs cured.

anal fistula- the body is amazing organ and can repair itself. if your problem is indeed caused by pinworms, chances are it will self-heal, if not seek medical help.
