Does anyone know of parasites or organisms that eat bile? I am now sure that I am dealing with one of these.

This week I began to add inulin to my probiotics and whaddya know, my bowel movements became more regular. I can actually detect healthy bile production, my stools are not yellow at all anymore. But the effect does not last if I do not take inulin every day. I believe the probiotic bacteria are stopping some other bile-eating bacterium from overgrowing, but I have no idea if inulin feeds Lyme bacteria too so I'd rather not rely on this. Killing them outright with Rife would be better.
