I agree, actually depending on how bad, antifungals may not get to the root of the problem. They never did with me.
I've used a strict diet, antifungals, enzymes, still there, finally Formula SF722, and now reading benefits of taking Kefir, making homade yogurt, alkalining the body, fermenting own veggies. Idea, to build up the good bacteria and keeping the body alkaline, not acid. Candida/yeast can not live in alkaline, neither can any parasites so it works for me!! Lots and lots of research to find all this out. Very fine probiotics along with all.
