I'm waiting to hear back from my naturopath on the results of a stool sample and some allergy testing, but in the meantime I started taking some enzymedica digest enzymes and some l-glutamine. She suspects that all of my bloating is being caused by food intolerances and not necessarily the candida. I've been doing battle with candida for about 12 months now on my own and have seen a change in my symptoms but never a cure. That's why I decided to go seek the help of a naturopath, after playing ring-around-the-rosie with kaiser dr's for months on end.

In the beginning my symptoms were extreme brain fog, bloating, tiredness, acne, in and out Depression and emotional episodes, and strange red bumps on my hands. I seem to have some of these things under control but I still suffer from SEVERE bloating on a daily basis even though I stick to a very strict candida diet, and what were bumps on my hands turned into rough patches of eczema. I still have the Depression though, but not so much fatigue or brain fog thank god! And no libido to speak of :/ I also have constipation problems which is very annoying. I never knew how fortunate I was when I was having several bowel movements a day before all of this!

I also noticed some liver flukes floating in the toilet a few days ago. I'm positive that's what they are, little rolled up tomato skin looking things. This makes me think I should buy some humaworm and do another parasite cleanse?? Maybe my symptoms are being caused by a liver problem and not necessarily candida or leaky gut. Ho hum I just want to get to the bottom of this. It's agonizing waiting for lab results...
