The Liver Flush is the single most important Self-health method I know of. You need to kill your parasites, clean your intestines and make sure your kidneys are working well for at least 5 days before the flush.

The flush works for all when done right and is very easy. Do as the Dr. Clark books instruct or I have what I call a simplified method if you would like to write me. I believe I have more experience in liver flushing, deworming, and destoning than anyone in the self-health business. I have looked at more flushes and taken more parasite pictures than anyone I know of as a hobby. I answer all questions about flushing and health in general free of charge as a hobby. I have papers out lining my methods and it is much easier for me to answer my mail, I do not have the time to answer in detail to each and every person by e-mail.

I will tell you that the Liver Flush is only a 1st step, I teach longevity and restoration and obeying Nature. I start with the Liver Flush and then methods of restoring the body to alkaline and reversing the aging process. The liver flush stops disease, or better said, slows it down, but it is in no way a cure. The body must be treated as a whole at all times. The kidneys are the first to fail, then the heart, liver, pancreas, stomach, and so on. One cure cures all and the cure starts with the liver/ parasite flush. I gladdly aid those that want to do it right. I have simplyfied the Clark methods, but they will work just fine if you follow instructions.
