Once you do your first flush youŽll see it is a simple procedure and the results are worthwhile.
I have never done parasite cleansing as I follow Mrs Chang recipe(from www.sensiblehealth.com) and my flushes have been fantastic.
DonŽt worry about how many flushes youŽll have to do. Focus on the good results youŽll get after each flush.
Simple and efficient.
