Hi Cheschire
I actually still have candida but it seems it is not the main problem - according to Metametrix GI Profile, there is no significant amount of yeast and according to another parasite test, my level of candida and yeast is 1 (on a scale of 4 I assume). This time, I also have cryptosporidium and another non human protozoa. This mucks up gut ecology and causes dysbiosis.
And the main thing now is, I have heavy lead poisoning and have to get chelation.
Also, since 2000 I was quite healthy after removing the mercury and I remained candida free for a few years - I'm not a big Sugar fan, but I could eat about what I want.
I lived in Thailand since 2002, where I must have eaten shrimp and fish about every day. So I probably got another load of mercury in my system.
And I don't say that mercury is the main underlying cause for candida. All am saying is that after a one year battle with candida and doing all the right things, removing my Amalgams was the key to my healing.
I've never experienced any negative effects from the removal - only a super boost of my energy levels and then the disappearance of all candida symptoms.
