I get the stuff when I'm cleansing/detoxing also. I'm glad when it comes up, cause I figure it's a sign my body is detoxing, same for pimples & visible parasites being expelled.

I'd keep up whatever I was doing if it was me.

They sometimes smell really bad, especially if you squish it. Sometimes you have to make that loogy-throat-scratch noise to caugh them up.

I imagine it's the tonsils throwing out toxins from the lymph, but that's a wild guess. Could also be sinus discharge, esp with all the toxins in the air...
