That's cool that you have done 27 too buddy...

I've done parasite cleansing and I probably should do another one, but it makes me too tired and I can't function properly at work or think right (IT work). Especially while I'm feeling less than par already with the gb.

Thanks for the book suggestion, I'll check it out.

I have already visited a mercury free dentist and am going for my first replacement in a month or so. I have the plan you suggest, slowly replace them within the budget.

I agree with you about the emotions and the physical. I have seen too many times that a gb flush totally changes my view as does a good 2 hour mountain bike ride.

I'm addressing both equally I would say.
