Hello,

I am going to a ND, and he says that my problem is my liver. I have very frequent migraines, foggy head, LOTS of food intolerances , and fatigue. I have been reading on this forum about Liver Cleanses so I asked him if he though this could help and he told me that because I have migraines and not just the foggy head he can tell my liver is red and irritated and not just sluggish. If my liver was just sluggish then the liver cleanse would help me but because my liver is irritated a cleanse would just irritate it more.
I have been doing lots of vegtable juicing and eating lots of raw food trying to feel better. I have been getting worse since I have been seeing this doctor. I would like to do a kidney and also a parasite cleanse and then start with liver cleanses. But I do not want to irritate my liver and make it worse if this doctor is speaking the truth.
Has anyone ever heard of an irritated liver?

I do not drink or take any drugs. I was on excedrine for 8 years daily for headaches and migraines but I have been off of it for almost two years. I now do not take anything for my headaches. I do not know what could be irritating my liver. Please. I would appreciate any advice.
