Hummm... I didn't do the parasite flush. I know I should so I don't feel so sick after doing the liver flush. I can't seem to not be doing something on the weekend so I can go and do this already. Here's my plan, please let me know if there are obvious flaws in my logic:

Oxypowder to flush the colon (I have terrible constipation and I think that nothings actually going to come out if I don't do this, and the PB shakes won't stay down in me).

Combine with Wormwood and Black-Walnut tincitures. Anyone have tips on taking the cloves without putting it in capsule form? I have a bad gag reflex and have trouble taking pills. But I'll take a spoonful with some water if needs be.

After 7 days, begin the Liver Flush using the ES and OO (Olive-Oil) on a Friday night.

Finish flushing in the morning and take a nice bath and get some good skin brushing in.

Anyone think I can do the ES/OO earlier or should continue the parasite flush longer then this? Like I said before there are so many ways of doing all this. It seems the more I research, the harder it is to decide what route to take! Anyone else just jump right into the Liver Flush with no other preperations?
