When I first began my colon cleansing I used a product called SBX
which is a probiotic that helps to loosen the muciod plaque.
I took it several times a day along with an AIM product called
Fiberblend. After a couple months of that I switched to P&B shakes
and continued that for the remaining months. They both worked very well but I got tired of the Fiberblend flavor and the SBX was very expensive.

I have done 5 liver/gallbladder flushes and have got out many stones and it helped my allergies alot. I completed a parasite cleanse in Nov.
