The Ultimate Fast is a fantastic cleanse that combines the Master Cleanse, psyllium and Bentonite shakes and a parasite cleanse. Here is a link for more info:

You can simplify this by just doing the Master-Cleanse and adding the shakes...or throwing a parasite cleanse in there too. You don't need any special products or added colon cleansing tablets...the Master-Cleanse and shakes will get the job done nicely! Clarkia , ParaGone or Old Amish Dewormer are some good parasite cleanses to consider if you want to add one.
