Hi again! So, yes, you can go right ahead and do a liver flush, if you're itching to do one. Some people skip the parasite cleanse and *do* have successful flushes. You can get the probiotics at your local vitamin store (kept in the fridge). And you don't have to fast while taking the b&p if you don't want to. Taking the b&p while eating a good diet works well. But fasting and taking the b&p works well too! Oooh that's good..the liquid Bentonite is SO much easier to handle when mixing up your drinks...
