I guess I could laugh - if it was happening to somebody else...

I started a Bowel Cleanse last month (1P&B shake a day for 2 weeks), with amazing results but I have a delicate system and after a colonic I had to stop. Weeks later I am still trying to rebalance my minerals.

No, I have not done any parasite cleanse but I am taking Oregano complex that has some Artemesia in it, this must be doing the trick. I also have a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds in my porridge.

I have just woken up, just having tea and the pain has started again... Maybe it's not my liver?
