I know people with Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) issues should avoid gelatin capsules since they are 10%-12% free glutamic acid.

However, are vCaps ok? (Ingredients are: 100% kosher vegetable capsules, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.)

The contents taste nasty, so I hope the answer is that they are ok.

PS: another supplement I take simply says: "other ingredients: magnesium stearate". Is that to suggest that the capsule is only composed of magnesium stearate? (whatever that is)
