Have you tried a Castor Oil Pack? This will help with eliminating the parasites (& toxins) and anxiety.

I also believe that anxiety comes from immediate change to your system. ie. ridding yourself of toxins and parasites etc. also has emotional connections. For example in Louise L. Hay's book: Heal Your Body she connects the mental causes for physical illness.
For example:

Anxiety: Not trusting the flow and process of life
Parasites: Giving power to others, letting them take over
Liver: Seat of anger and primitive emotions
Back: Represents the support of life (she also focuses on upper, middle and lower, etc.)
Bowel Problems: Fear of letting go the old and the no longer needed
Gallstones: Bitterness. Hard thoughts. Condemning. Pride.

On and on....

Anyway, I use that book as a quick reference when I have a physical complaint. It helps me pinpoint the underlying issue or belief I have been holding on to, to eventually release the issue which results in releasing the physical condition. I have done this kind of releasing numerous times and it works everytime.
