thanks ptree! i want to do the liquid ones, crave it at times...but i have this little voice in the back on my brain telling me to wait a bit and keep flushing. i don't really want to add any more new elements to this cleanse (bowel/parasite/liver - that is a lot to deal with already!) i want to see if by getting my liver rid of all the parasites and stones i can restore my blood and my body naturally. i 've come to the conclusion that i have been living in a vicious circle of bad liver, blood, absorption, intestines and circulation in general...

gonna break this cycle with the flushes while continuing with the warm water and lemon.
