Thanks T......starting probably 10 years ago I would get daily headaches...not real painful ones...just enough to make me feel like doing nothing......always late in the afternoon....and accompanied by a low grade fever..

I went to the doc and she said I was depressed and gave me prozac. A year later she said I had TMJ and told me to take Moltrin and Flexaril...of course the Moltrin would ease the pain but the pain always returned later.

I have been told it was Fibromyalgia and no cure...thanks....

A month ago I started taking Claritin D and it really cleaned up the excess mucous that was always draining from my sinuses. For years I always had stools that would smear and were very messy. I think that the Claritin D was stopping the new mucous from being formed so I started reading about mucous in the digestive system.

That was when I bought a toxin cleansing kit from the local health food store by ZAND....it has a Cleansing Fiber and a Liver Cleanse called Thistle Cleanse.

The Cleansing Fiber is primarily psyllium husk and the liver cleanse is mostly thistle....both are also loaded with all kinds of herbs.

Now I am passing all kinds of crazy looking things..but I do look forward to going to the potty.

Although this last few days the headaches and low grade fever have returned...I think it may be from a die off of parasites or something...however...with each bm the headache and fever almost immediately subside and I feel very refreshed....however...several hours later the achey feelings have been returning....which makes me think I need to go forward with the Dr. Clarke liver cleanse and the Master Cleanse.
