Sometimes parasite cleanses can make people sick, especially if they are infested. I know my brother was sick the first few days of Humaworm, and then he saw "them" to his surprise. (He was otherwise healthy btw).
You double dosed also with the cloves, cloves are part of humaworm so there is no need to go crazy with them, especially since you just started taking a lot of powerful herbs. Same thing with Wormwood etc.
Some feel fruit will increase Candida and they are right but they are also wrong. Short term it will, long term a little fruit will increase your health which will get rid of the Candida. I ultimate got rid of Candida by doing more than a month of fruitarian followed by the Primal Diet.
If you have Candida from genetics (like I do) as opposed to severe Antibiotic use, I don't think there is such a thing as "dieting for 2 months". It's a lifestyle. You should obviously find something that works, but also something that is comfortable, because a change in diet has been the only viable long term strategy that has worked for me. You can cheat sometimes but diet is an accummulative effect, you neither get sick or healthy instantly, it's a process.
We could all offer diet advice, but it would be meaningless without a good context to it. This is not as simple as "eat X", although it would be easy to make a list of things to "not eat". Starting with completely avoiding your microwave!!
