I have very similar symptoms. I get devastatiing foot and leg cramps. The pain is beyond belief. The cramps are triggered very easily. Last night I had to get out of bed at least 5 times and practically do a little dance to shake them off. bad enough I suffer from bad insomnia, but when you are finally about to go to sleep here comes Mr Cramp. Funny you mention congestion in the pelvic area. Mine seem to be triggered from there. I'll feel a little twinge in the pelvic area and I know a cramp is on the way. Also seem to come on when I'm more constipated or bloated. They seem to come in cycles. Gone for a couple of weeks them boom...every night for a weeks or so. They are hell on earth. I think it may be a liver issue or parasite issue.
