The anti-fungal diet is the same same as "candida diet." You have to stick to it for 3 months in order for it to work and finally be candida free. Diet consists of: NO dairy; NO sugar, NO bad carbohydrates (all the white stuff); NO breads, etc. And the supplements are more than a few. (Search on the Candida Forum on this site).

However, if you stated that you may have eczama as you suspect or your doctor told you, Eczema is not a fungus like candida is. For eczema, what Clark recommends in her book is a parasite cleanse.
