Absolutely ... it's devastating to shed so many parasites all at once. I've shed tens of thousands over the last 2 weeks and I feel like a truck ran over me, and feel so different that I'm not quite sure what is going on. I want to say I feel like something is missing.

For sure my guts are much quieter now. There isn't nearly as much gas or rumblings and movement. I'm finally sleeping. I just feel a sort of anxiousness about it because I have been freaked out by the numbers.

How much of what I feel has been generated by them? All those inner body feelings for all those years, and they really weren't mine at all. It's rather shocking.
